- 1 1/2 lb Raw Hazelnuts
- 1 1/2 lb Anaheim Peppers
- 4 Limes, juiced
- 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
- Soak nuts in water for about 30 minutes. Darin well.
- Remove tops and seeds from peppers.
- Chop peppers in a food processor until finely minced.
- Add lime juice and nuts to the food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate until needed.
