Manicure of the Week – Julep Lauren and Matte Top Coat
I wanted something that POPPED for today, so I opted for Lauren from Julep and a simple Sally Hansen Hard as Nails in Black Heart for the stamping. I topped it with the Julep Matte Top Coat, which I thought gave it a unique look to it. I normally go for shine, but I really like this combo.
